Workshops & sessions around artistic research
Radical Softness is a workshop and embodied research practice rooted in the belief that the personal is political, and that artistic practice can become a space for awareness, transformation and togetherness. Moving beyond conventional ideas of dance training or disciplinary boundaries, the work invites participants to explore their own singular creative language through movement, breath, voice, repetition and sustained attention.
Beginning with somatic practices that awaken the body as a site of connection and perception, the workshop then enters choreographic processes based on endurance, ambiguity, metaphor and presence. Through intensity, softness and inquiry, participants are invited to shed habitual modes of performing and reconnect with the body as an intuitive, political and imaginative force.
